– The Arizona Diamond Backs and Cuban star Yasmany Tomas, OF have agreed to a Six year, 68.5 million dollar deal. The deal has an opt out clause after four years. This is the third largest contract handed out to a cuban player ever.
– After playing 11 major league seasons out fielder Josh Willingham has announced his retirement. He finished he career was 195 home runs and 632 runs batted in. In 1147 games played. He still could have a good right handed bat off the bench for any championship contender in 2015.
– The Mariners have agreed to an extension with there Third baseman Kyle Seager. The deal is for 7 years and is worth 100 million dollars. This past season he batted 268 with a career high 25 home runs.
